Why do I want to change careers?

Some career changers possess a clear idea of why and where to switch, while others feel lost, you need to know the spike of that interest if you are motivated by job trend, money or genuine passion

Research.

After you have examined your motive and you are sure you want to dive into a different career, the next step to take surveys. Research everything you need to know about your new job of interest, find out about the required industry KSA ( knowledge, skills and abilities), educational requirement, salary, certifications etc

Get Training

Investigate educational opportunities that would bridge your background to your new field. Take courses and certifications (online or offline), Take classes and seminars. Get informed!

Volunteer

Find a startup or nonprofit organisation to work for part-time in your area of desired expertise. This helps you gain a foothold and gives you something to talk about to future employers.
