HOW TO QUANTIFY YOU RESPONSIBILITIES ON YOUR RESUME

Using pretty graphics, splashy designs, and colorful templates may get a recruiter's attention, having excellent content will keep it.  A beautifully designed CV may not get to the recruiter's eyes if it is not enriched with the required key content, ATS machines are not programmed to acknowledge fine designs. A Great CV is not one with just a beautiful template but one which quantifiable results/achievements, one of the most technical parts of CV creation is measuring up responsibilities to show results and quantifying achievements using metrics.
