Many people think the interview is the first step in finding a job. What most people don’t know is that the application is really the first step. Be sure to diligently research the company and tactfully highlight your skills that match what the organization is looking for. Your cover letter is also a great platform to let the hiring manager get a glimpse of your personality and convince them that you're a great fit for the company's culture. The proper job application: Have an email body, brief and concised (learn to summarize) If you have a cover letter and you are not asked to attach it as a file use it as your email body or you could send salutions, state the purpose of your mail and why you should be hired by briefly starting (SAA) skills, achievements and abilities then close your mail with a complementary close and Your name!!
